If the return pickup is not possible based on your pin code we may ask you to ship the product to us and the return courier charges will be reimbursed to you.
There are a few anti-ecommerce forces who order products, take it but return some old used stuff instead of the real product for returns. To continuously offer our beloved customers with many more lovable new products and to continuously offer NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS, we need to ensure that we’re not incurring a loss because of these anti-ecommerce forces. A Genuine customer never needs to bother about refund cancellations as their genuine requests will be processed without any questions.
You can return any products ordered from Printzyhub.com within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.
It’s a simple 2 step process:
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Printzyhub order number. Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
It can take up to 15 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund/ replacement as quickly as possible. We will send you an email confirming the status of your return/ replacement.
Return charges should be borne by the customer. In case of manufacturing defects/ mis-shipments, we shall refund the return shipping charges as well. In both cases, replacement shipment cost is borne by us. A customer only pays for the return shipments to us.
Once your returned product is received at our warehouse, we’ll initiate refund within 48 hours after inspecting that the product is received in full and in original condition. Refund is initiated using the payment gateway and the refund timings will vary by payment gateway used while placing the order. In case of COD orders, the refund will be initiated to customers bank account through NEFT/ IMPS Payment solution. No cash refund can be offered at any circumstances.
International shipping will cost additionally. In case of orders placed to international shipping address without proper communication, your order will be cancelled

In case of a Return request, we can initiate refund if the package is returned back to the origin.
In case of returns, you’ll get full refund once the product is received at our office and is inspected. In case the received product is not our product, we may deny refund. In case the product has any damage which is not related to manufacturing or processing fault and if it’s clear that it’s caused by customer, we may deny refund.
